These terms cover your use of throwigami.com and the Throwigami content and services provided by Maker Frontier L.L.C. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you are a child, please use Throwigami with a parent or guardian's guidance. Adults should handle launch-list signups and other communications with us.

What Throwigami offers

Throwigami provides paper-airplane folding guidance and a flight simulation experience. The iPhone and iPad app is currently in testing and is marked “Coming soon” for public release. Website previews describe the experience being developed; features, supported devices, release timing, and availability may change.

The simulator is for learning and entertainment. Its flight behavior is an approximation and does not guarantee the distance, stability, or safety of a real paper airplane. Weather and locations in the simulator are fictional or simulated, not live forecasts or instructions to visit or throw from real locations.

Fold and fly safely

Use paper and any tools appropriate for the guide and the person's age and ability. An adult should supervise children when tools are needed. Test real planes at ground level in an open, safe space, away from faces, roads, animals, and other hazards. Do not copy rooftop or mountaintop throws from the simulator in real life.

Using the website and content

You may browse the website and use the folding guidance for personal, family, and classroom learning. You may share links to our pages. Our original branding, artwork, animations, written content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials and designs remain subject to their owners' rights. These terms do not give you ownership of those materials or permission to republish the website's artwork, software, or substantial content as your own product.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the forms, send spam, introduce malicious code, or use our services in an unlawful way. This does not restrict uses that the law permits regardless of these terms.

Launch updates

The launch list is optional and intended for adults. Submit only your own email address and agree to receive Throwigami launch updates. Signing up does not reserve a release date, guarantee beta access, or require you to buy anything. You may leave the list by emailing Support@makerfrontier.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle signup information.

Beta access, purchases, and third-party services

Any beta access is provided through Apple's TestFlight and is subject to Apple's applicable terms. Beta software may contain errors, change, or become unavailable. Keep in mind that updates or removal of the app may affect saved data.

The current beta's purchase options and ad spaces are previews only. They do not charge you or load live advertisements. If paid features become available, the price and applicable purchase terms will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Nothing on this website requires you to buy the app or an upgrade.

Links to Apple, reference websites, or other services are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or content.

Availability and responsibilities

We aim to provide helpful, accurate content, but cannot promise that the website or beta app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, they are provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You remain responsible for choosing a safe place to fold and fly and for supervising children appropriately. We are responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We may restrict access to protect the service or address misuse.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Throwigami develops. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. New terms apply from their stated effective date and do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
